For 2025, I aim to maintain flexibility and have decided not to set specific dates. Last year, I encountered many conflicts with other business commitments, particularly my beloved tours. If you’re interested, please reach out with a date in mind, and we'll work together to make it happen!

Landscape Photography, there’s always something to learn…

We will have a look at:

  • How to master the art of camera settings

  • How to unleash creative control: Manual Mode Mastery

  • How to master exposure: The Key to Striking Images

  • How to maximise image sharpness

  • How to elevate your compositional eye

  • How to unlock the power of the histogram

  • How to be creative with fast and slow shutter speeds

  • When & how to use filters

  • and a venture into post processing

Consider also the 1 - 2 - 1 option,

it may work for you better.

Our base for the course will be Aberfoyle, The Trossachs.

The Trossachs glen lies between Ben A'an to the north and Ben Venue to the south, with Loch Katrine to the west and Loch Achray to the east.

These days it’s grown a little, now The Trossachs form part of the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, which was established in 2002. Locals claim to be in The Trossachs from Inversnaid to Callander and of course Aberfoyle.

It is however one of the most beautiful areas in Scotland, and that says a lot!.
